Join us for Yoga Flow at the historic Reynolds Homestead. Beginners are welcome and options will be offered to all levels. Class will be held for 75-minutes and we will enjoy a long, slow final relaxation at the end of our practice. Ally Snead was raised in Henry County, Virginia and has over 600 hours of training as a Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. She is devoted to helping people experience fulfillment and transformation in their lives, while discovering more ease, trust, and freedom within themselves. Classes: May 11, 2026; May 28, 2026.
